Need a Grete Boke meeting in January '05.

Bring ypocras stuff; all bring a small prize for the prize box; doors open at 4 p.m.; fighting after 1 p.m.
Silver mazer (swans and lid) to be held (technically) by the Exemplar.
Paul suggested that the Cumberland Community School might have rentable space for meetings (as we are about to lose the Old Royston Schoolhouse). As he lives in Cumberland, it may be more available to him; he'll check it out.
Ilo Ilo Fundraiser: medieval dinner in spring? Future meeting hall? More to come.
Lewis Center Room
c. $12/hr = c. $30/night; once/month? High visibility
Activities on-going: dance, sewing, inkles
Door prize donated by Cragmere member.
Colette will advertise; need more posters.
Colette also to make Ithra posters; Tina to be registrar for Cragmere Ithra
Linda asked for OK on purchase of a file box for the exchequery office; approved.
Gold Key fundraising ideas: sell plants; make and sell trenchers (Jamie has pine for that).
Colette suggested a newcomers package that includes patterns.
Paul's new contact info was disseminated.
