Meridith read last meeting's minutes.
Asa was looking into Hall Rentals.
Cumberland Hall - $ 75.00/night, + 25.00/night kitchen
Elks Hall - $ 75.00/ night with kitchen
Grete Boke update – paints to be here this weekend

>From old business – problem with Boy Scout Camp
– no alcohol restriction – patrolled
Morel will look into Campbell River sites.
Officer's Reports –
A&S, Chronicler – Zoe has been home a week,
January reports were sent in.
Blades – his reports in, will be planning rapier battles with Rhys.
** According to Tir Righ web site, some officer's reports were not sent in.
Those are offices that we have empty – or Kjartin holds.
We must check with Kjartin and update Tir Righ site as to open offices.
Herald – Zoe's submissions going in, others are waiting to hear back from CoH.
September we sent the Letter of Acceptance, we should hear about Cragmere's badge in March.
Lots of New People – Yippee!
Next Event –
Seagirt Gallants – applicants need apply in Seagirt at Daffidol Tourney.
May 28th Picnic at Kin Beach is our NSCA event for the year.
(not a camping event per say, but camping available)
(not Shire Exemplar, that will be later and privately)

The other, was tiny, and hardly said enough, Halima has called them and they apologized, lack
of space.
Halima had info on renting The Abby $12/ hr; $75 for 4pm onward capacity 75.
Halima offered to teach hip, torso, foot moves to rapier fighters.
