Extraordinary meeting minutes - July 27/05
Present: Jamie Prowse, Paul Terris, Cheridy Whipp, Annie Zupanic, Linda Doerksen
Meeting called to confirm the replacement of William Cocker with Paul Terris on credit union account. Linda apologized for not completing this last year when it was first agreed upon. Explained that meeting is needed because Zoe is out of town, leaving the past year's minutes inaccessible.
Jamie confirmed that we have quorum.
Annie moved to drop William from the account. Much rolling of eyes because he moved away over a year ago. Agreed unanimously.
Linda moved to add Paul to credit union account. Agreed unanimously, with Paul abstaining, being the subject under discussion.
Linda was urged to "finish this already" amid much banter.
