Present: Nik, Kathy, Cheridy, Paul, Jamie, Kirk, Colette, Graham, Stuart, Shannon, Linda
Came to order at 7:45 p.m.
1. Event discussion - Armada: Stuart has set up a website for the event; will send link to Linda to put onto cragmere.antir.com site.
2. MoS: Paul is stepping down at the Armada (June 24) as MoS; Kirk will step in as MoB. Armouring is on-going at Paul's.
2. Seneschal: Jamie is stepping down on June 6 as seneschal; suggests a re-organizing of the officer roster:
- suggests Cheridy as seneschal
- suggests Stu and Shannon share A&S
- suggests Kathy as MoS
Much discussion but no decisions made; would like to see input from Campbell River people, perhaps expressing interest in officer positions (can add chatelaine to that list, and NSCA officer).
3. A&S: Karen (Rachanda) is doing the embroidered badge for the ban Tanist's stepping up gown.
4. A&S: All A&S Wednesdays dropped due to lack of participation; possible occasional monthly workshops. Instituting monthly socials on non-event months, beginning the last Sunday of May at the Tingles' at 2:30 p.m.; to include fighter practice; Linda to bring dance music; potluck and in garb. Invite new people! At the McMullens' July 28th.
