2. Known World Handbooks are being re-ordered (5); should be here soon

Officer's Reports:
3. A&S: on holiday

4. Exchequer: Linda

Past Activity

Current balance in the regular account: $1615.29
Expenses for the last event may be incomplete; Kirk must inform us as to whether an invoice is forthcoming, as no cheque will be issued without that and the request for reimbursement form.

The second quarter report was completed with Jennifer's assistance, and submitted on time. A minor error was located by the Principality Exchequer, and was corrected.

Expected Activity

Principality Exchequer will review all books at the Ravensley event on the first weekend of August. When the review is complete, this office will be handed over to Jennifer Klaffl (who will not be present at the review), no later than the following council meeting.
5. Herald: Nik
- I have Morel working on Anicia's device; Anicia gave us some ideas, some conflicting; she did some work and then put it aside. Unknown to me she is working on some high fluting nobility's device. Anyway, I'm hoping she'll bring down what she has, clearly we need to consult with Anicia again.
- High time to approach Lynne and Allistair about their devices, Tavis and Christa's as well. (Morel is working on those)
- Simplest tabard would be plain white with a painted red swan; Linda is going to make this for the Demo.
- We still need another Vox Herald.
6. MoS: Kirk submitted report via email
Fighter Practice Report for July 2007
July 3: -practice was canceled due to a shortage of fighters that could make it out.
July 10: -practice was held in Millennium Park and had 5 fighters turn out.
July 17: -practice was canceled due to a shortage of fighters that could make it out
July 24: -practice was canceled due to a shortage of fighters that could make it out
Also, fighter practice was canceled until the forseable future and until a new day can be worked out with the fighters. I have read to replys on the boards from some the fighters on this and so far it seems that right now practices is still going to be put on hold. So we're having a bit of a summer break from practice and we'll get this rolling in the future.
Kirk.
