Shire of Cragmere Council Minutes

Present: Colette, Graham, Jamie, Nik, Alister, Robbie, Stuart, Shannon, Linda (Halima), Nancy, Kathy; George and Matthew, Marla and Sylvia, Rita, Linda W., Susan, Sage, Tansy, Dan, Ashley
Meeting came to order at approx 8:00 p.m.

Note to readers not at the meeting: Due to the next meeting date falling directly after an event, and being that it is a December meeting, we chose meet now, briefly, for what little business is needed.

New Business:

• Next Year's Events - must be set up now, dates chosen and paperwork sent in; event copy must be sent out 3 months before each event



• Local event schedule, not including socials:

  2. June 21 - Swan's Birthday; Doireann (Nancy)
  3. August 8-10 - Armada; Halima (Linda)
